Refund & Return Policy

Return Requests

Return requests should be submitted within 14 days of delivery, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide a longer period.

To request a return, please contact us before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Eligible Returns

A return may be considered when the product:

• Arrives damaged;
• Is materially different from the item ordered;
• Has a manufacturing defect;
• Contains an incorrect size or item due to a fulfillment error.

Condition of Returned Products

Unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied, returned items should be unused, unwashed and in their original condition.

Products that show signs of use, washing, damage, alteration or removal of identifying tags may not qualify for a refund.

Wrong Size

Customers are responsible for checking the size chart before placing an order.

If the correct item was delivered but the customer selected the wrong size, the return or exchange may be subject to additional shipping costs and availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Important: If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us at info@futeuro.com as soon as possible and provide your order number together with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once a return or refund request has been approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or financial institution.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available for:

• Items damaged through customer misuse;
• Items altered after delivery;
• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer;
• Failure to accept a package;
• Normal variations that do not constitute a manufacturing defect.

Cancellation

Because orders may enter preparation shortly after payment, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
